My stay included a really nice room with two double beds. the children's amenities and setup were excellent. i loved the amazing views. A picture from the room showcases the best of what the area has to offer (especially the marina bay sands!).
The breakfast area was quite a mess. Food on the floor and tables needed better cleaning.

Eddy, at the club lounge, led a great team focused on customer service. Rhea and Cheary ensured I was well taken care of whenever I visited the lounge. Mala, at the bar, offered lovely Vietnamese IPA craft beers. I enjoyed the beers and found the service attentive.
The sofa sat directly under the TV, making it awkward to watch from the seating area.

The team in the executive lounge was really professional. Cheary was kind and it was a real pleasure to chat briefly during each visit. The staff consistently provided excellent service. The hotel is well maintained.

excellent locationextra bedsmooth check-inmodern decor
the location is really good, providing easy access to many attractions. i was very grateful for the extra bed they provided for our stay. the check-in process was smooth, and the staff proved efficient (they handled everything quickly). the room had lovely modern decor and was clean.
the minibar was empty, i would have liked some drinks ready on arrival.

The pool area featured ample loungers. I could see about twenty available. the gym included three treadmills alongside two stationary bikes, i found it quite well-equipped.

The check-in process was frustrating. I wanted a higher floor but got a very low one. The staff insisted it was automatically assigned. she didn't even try to help or search for alternatives. It felt very unhelpful. The room itself was decent, but the whole experience started on a sour note with inflexible staff, inflexible staff.
